Purchase a Parking Permit (2 of 4)

Rules and Regulations.  Please read thoroughly.

Billing: Your bill will be mailed to the address on your application by the 10th of each month.  Your check in the amount of $35.00 or $75 is payable to theFirst United Methodist Church and is due no later than the 20th of each month.  All monthly parking permits must be paid for in advance.  The church will impose a $27.00 fee for any returned checks.

Monthly Parking Permit: Your parking permit for the month will be mailed to you upon receipt of your monthly payment.  Please display your permit in a visible spot on your dashboard.  Your permit will change each month, and the permit is only valid during the designated month.  Your permit is also valid for your “alternate vehicle” but MUST be displayed in a visible spot on your dashboard.  Your permit has an assigned number, please park in the space with the same assigned number.

 Parking Hours: Depending on permit, the parking lot is available Monday through Friday from 5:00 am to 8:00 pm.  Your vehicle will be towed at your expense if your permit is not in a visible spot on your dashboard or you have left your car beyond available hours.

Terminating Your Permit: Please notify the office immediately at (781) 344-2922 if you are no longer planning to purchase a monthly permit.  Voluntary terminations that are effective before the 15th of the current month may receive 50% of the current month's payment as a refund.  No refunds will be considered for voluntary terminations after the 15th of the month.

 Snow Plowing: During major storms, snow plowing is maintained with best efforts.
